Despite the hotel's allure, many rooms show signs of neglect—the carpets are bunched up, the sinks are cracking, and some shower fixtures are straight from the past. I faced issues with noise from the hallway and pool area, which made for a less-than-peaceful stay. the elevators seemed to struggle, causing delays when trying to access higher floors. After multiple checks for room proximity to family, we ended up scattered across floors, which played havoc with our plans.

I experienced a wonderful mineral bath and a deep muscle massage during my stay. The staff made the visit enjoyable, which I appreciated as I navigated the historic charm of the place. I found it refreshing to unwind after exploring.
The room was smaller than expected, and there wasn't enough space for my toiletries. I plan to bring my own pillows next time for comfort.

The Arlington offers a charming blend of historical appeal and modern comfort, with a clean and comfortable bed, convenient amenities, and a prime location near attractions. The staff, especially Michael, provided exceptional service, from hearty greetings to attentive care. The brunch spread, served by Heidi, was impressive.
The bathroom needs significant updating and proper soundproofing is lacking.

The historic charm hit me the moment I stepped in, with stunning architecture and a lavish lobby that felt straight out of a classic film. The Mineral Water Room offered a calming soak tub filled with rejuvenating mineral water, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring nearby attractions.
While the location is superb, some areas definitely show their age. The elevators struggled at times, making it an adventure just getting from one place to another, and the room lacked a microwave, which felt dated. Plus, the in-house dining options seemed limited, leaving me seeking local fare more than expected.

The hotel visit was primarily to explore the local historic attractions. We appreciated the lovely ambiance of the lobby and enjoyed the live music, which added to the charm of our stay. The dinner at the onsite restaurant was particularly enjoyable, although we found the buffet a bit overpriced. We also noted the excellent location, making it easy to visit Bath House Row and other attractions within walking distance.

The location is excellent, with easy access to the national park and hot springs just across the street. The hotel has a beautiful atrium and historic charm, making for a nice atmosphere. However, the parking situation was quite frustrating, with long lines and limited options. Despite the challenges, I enjoyed the historical experience and the lively ambiance in the lobby on weekends.
